Finom introduces a new feature “Convert & Pay” designed to help you initiate your international transfers faster and easier directly from your Main wallet and other wallets with local IBAN (DE/NL/FR etc depending on the country of registration of your business).

Please note that there are some limitations in countries and currencies that are available.

You can check availability of countries and currencies in the articles here:

Let us guide you through initiating your first transfer with Convert & Pay.

You can initiate the transfer from your wallet page by clicking on the button “Payment” and then choosing “International transfer”.

Another way for you to initiate the transfer is by clicking on the “GO” button and choosing “International payment”, as you would do for your other international payments.

The only difference? You can now choose your main wallet to make a payment from.

When you initiate international transfer, you will first need to choose the destination country of the payment.

There are limits in the destination and you can find the full list of available countries here: Countries available for international payments and cross-border transfers

The next step is to choose the currency and enter the amount of transfer.

You can as well choose which option of fees you prefer, SHA or OUR.

You can read more about these options here.

On the screen, you will be able to see the details of the current exchange rate.

💡 Please note that the exchange rate you see is updated every 30 seconds, and is indicative. The final amount of transfer may be slightly different.

When you are ready to execute the transfer, you will see the amount of payment in EUR (the currency of your Main wallet) that will be deducted from your wallet.

We will show you the fee applicable to this transaction. You can find detailed and up-to-date information about fees either in pricing page within your user’s interface or on our website

Once finished on this step, click on “Continue”. You will be redirected to the next step, where you need to fill in the details about the recipient of the transfer.

The next step is to confirm the initiation of the transfer. To do it, you need to click on “Pay now”.

You will be asked to confirm the transfer either from mobile app, or by the code received by SMS.

You have completed the payment!
