When starting your personal video identification, you will see the following screens.

Please tick all 3 checkboxes, and then select the button "Continue & start Identification", and you will then be redirected to the webpage of IDNow - our partner for the identification process.

Please ensure you have your passport or ID handy. The list of different passports that IDNow accepts for verification purposes can be found here.

The IDNow employee will ask you to show your ID and answer a few questions during the video chat. So make sure you have a good internet connection and that the lighting is good so that the quality of the image the IDNow employee sees is sufficient.

On the IDNow-page, you can choose the verification on your PC or download the IDNow-app to your smartphone. You can select one of these options by clicking on the left hand side icons.

Please do not close the Finom tab in your web browser!

After the verification, you will need to go back, and check the status of your verification. Normally, the status will be updated within 10 minutes.
