With FINOM, one of the ways you can make a bulk export of your documents, is by CSV.

A CSV is a comma-separated values file, which allows data to be saved in a tabular format, and can be used with most spreadsheet programs, such as Microsoft Excel, or Google Spreadsheets.

In this article we will explain to you how to create and download a customized CSV file.

Once you're in the export data page, select CSV as type of format.

Once CSV is selected you will see two options. Clicking on "full export" you will download all the data you have on your Business Account.

To start the customization of your CSV file, select the "Custom" option.

Now you can start the customization of your file by selecting the separator, date and the amount format.

By clicking on the separator format field, you can choose between comma and semicolon.

Then, by clicking on the date format field, you can choose between three different styles as to how the date will be displayed.

By clicking on the amount format field, you can choose the most convenient amount format for you.

Once you've selected the basic information, click on "Customize columns in CVS", to select the type of data you want to include in your document.

A new section with the list of the columns will then be displayed.

Here, you can select the type of columns you want to add to your document by simply clicking on the box, and selecting the option you want from the dropdown list.

By default, you can personalize 4 columns, but if you need, you can add more columns by clicking on the blue option "add column".

If you want to add fewer columns to your document you can always click on the trash icon to delete the column.

If you want to restore the initial settings and use default columns, you can click on the blue button "use default columns". If you click on this button, you will erase all the changes you've made to the column section.

As soon as the settings of your document are ready, you can click on "download" to immediately start the export of your document on your PC.

You can also send the document to your business partner or accountant by clicking on the blue button "send data".
