In order to exchange currencies, you will need to first top up your international Euro wallet. To do it, you need to transfer funds between your wallets.

1. To initiate currency exchange, you can click on “New payment” button and choose currency exchange

Or you can choose the wallet of the currency you want to exchange and click on “Exchange” button

2. The next step is to enter the amount you want to exchange.

Note that the minimum amount you can exchange is 5 euros (or its equivalent in another currency)

Once you entered the amount, click on “Continue”

We will ask you to confirm the exchange.

3. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the page of the transaction

The completed exchange will be shown in your dashboard as a transaction.
