How to exchange currencies with my Finom Business account

Please be aware that currency exchange services are available during specific hours on weekdays. They are not available on weekends or outside the designated operating hours. The service is available from 00:00 to 19:00 CET.

In order to exchange currencies, you will need to first top up your international Euro wallet. To do it, you need to transfer funds between your wallets.

With your Finom account, you have 2 ways of exchanging currencies:

  1. Between your international wallets

  2. From your international currency wallet to your Main euro wallet with local IBAN

Currency exchange between your international wallets

1. To initiate currency exchange, you can click on “GO” button from your main dashboard and then choose "Currency exchange"

Or you can choose the wallet of the currency you want to exchange and click on “Exchange” button

2. The next step is to enter the amount you want to exchange.

Once you entered the amount, click on “Continue”

We will ask you to confirm the exchange.

3. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the page of the transaction

The completed exchange will be shown in your dashboard as a transaction.

Currency exchange from your international wallet to Main euro wallet with local IBAN

If you received an international transfer in a currency other than euro to your international wallet and want to exchange the money for euros to use in your Main wallet with local IBAN, you can now do it.

  1. To initiate currency exchange, you can click on “GO” button from your main dashboard and then choose "Currency exchange"

Or you can choose the wallet of the currency you want to exchange and click on “Exchange” button

2. The next step is to enter the amount you want to exchange.

Once you entered the amount, click on “Continue”. We will ask you to confirm the exchange.

3. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the page of the transaction. The completed exchange will be shown in your dashboard as a transaction.
