When do I have to pay?
With Finom, you can choose between monthly and yearly plans. This means, that according to your plan, you will be charged the price of the plan once per year, or once per month depending on what you selected when opening your account.
The day, in which your payment is due, is calculated because of the date in which you signed up.
Here is an example:
If you signed up for your annual plan on the 14th December 2020, you will be charged again on the 14th December 2021. While, if you had subscribed to Finom by selecting the monthly payment option, you would then be charged on the 14th of each month going forward.
Please note: for monthly plans, we don't consider the calendar month as the period of time, rather the same date each month.
How can I pay?
To pay for your Finom Business Account, we will simply deduct the amount directly from your main account.
All you need to do is ensure you have sufficient funds to pay the plan on the date the payment is due.
If this payment fails, or you have insufficient funds available, you can check this article for further details.
